Mountainside of Warm Springs is located in beautiful Warm Springs Georgia. We provide a unique approach to senior living, through our Focused Activities Program that is tailored to each individual’s distinctive interests, our Fresh Dining Program, and our Personalized Care Programs.

With only 24 residential suites the residents at Mountain Side of Warm Springs, you are part of a family, not just a number. Our small staff-to-resident ratio creates a close-knit family experience and personalized services.

Our Story

Our community changed ownership on March 25th, 2019. We have made great strides towards improvement of the facilities function and structure. We have upgraded the medication administration program by transferring to an all electronic system. We also require each staff member assigned to this duty to undergo extensive training to ensure they are at ease and confident in preforming their duties. Our dinning program now hosts a menu created by an experienced nutritionist and fresh snacks are available 24 hours 7 days a week. All staff go through an extensive orientation and training program before they even hit the floor. All of our staff also receive training in Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Our facility is also equipped with a security system that requires a pass-code to enter or exit the facility in order to keep our residents safe.
